5Can I register a team?
For an adult team, select the team ticket on SpurrOpen and purchase at least 10 adult team entries. Student and staff/faculty teams must use their appropriate J$1,500 registration tickets. Provide the team and captain details and ensure every participant’s information is recorded. The captain coordinates the group and may collect its bibs. Contact school reception if you need help completing a roster.
6How do I pay?
Registration and optional shirt orders are handled through the event’s SpurrOpen page. Use the payment options offered at checkout. Processing fees are additional. This website does not collect your card or bank details.
7What happens if I cannot attend?
The intended policy is non-refundable registration for participant withdrawals. Final terms, entry-transfer rules and arrangements for postponement or cancellation are still being confirmed. Review the terms shown at checkout and contact the school with questions.

More registration, shirt and race-day questions
Which participants qualify for the team rate?
The J$2,250 rate applies to adult teams of 10 or more only. Discounted student, staff and faculty entries are not included in this adult team option and do not count toward its minimum of 10. Students and staff/faculty may form teams with other participants eligible for the J$1,500 rate. Each member must register using the appropriate discounted ticket at J$1,500; no additional team discount applies.
Can a team include walkers and runners?
Yes. Each participant can choose to walk or run. Everyone does not have to make the same choice.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
The main registrant or registering parent should collect the package. If someone collects on your behalf, they must bring a written authorization letter, your pickup QR code(s), and their own ID. Registered team captains may collect for their teams and should bring the team’s pickup QR codes and their own ID.
Can I buy a shirt without entering the race?
Yes. Shirts are optional, separate products priced at J$2,500 each, plus processing fees. Sizes: Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Select the correct size on SpurrOpen. A shirt order does not register you for the race. Shirt purchasing availability is being finalized; contact school reception if the products do not appear.
When will shirts be ready to collect?
Shirt collection dates and instructions will be announced. Do not assume that bib pickup dates also guarantee shirt availability. Please keep your order confirmation.
How do I know my payment is complete?
Check the payment status on your SpurrOpen receipt or confirmation. A pending reservation is not confirmation of completed payment. Retain the order reference and any QR code supplied.
What if I cannot find my confirmation?
First, check your spam/junk folder and the email account used for your order. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, email Jonathangrantpta2026@gmail.com for assistance.
Please provide as much relevant information as possible: the participant’s full name, purchaser’s name, email address and telephone number used to register, approximate registration/payment date, number of entries, and any order or transaction reference available. These details will help us search for your registration.
School reception will also have a roster of confirmed registrants and can assist with checking a name.
Never share bank account details, card numbers, PINs, passwords or verification codes.

Where can I find the route and parking details?
Toilets will be available at the school and at the 1.5K point on the course. The approved route and parking information will be published when confirmed. The previously circulated route overview is proposed and should not be treated as final.
What if I arrive late, or need more time to finish?
Check-in opens at 5:00 a.m. and the race starts at 6:00 a.m. The course closes at 9:30 a.m. Jamaica time. The late-arrival policy is still being confirmed. Please plan to arrive early and follow event officials’ instructions.
Will the event be timed, with medals or awards?
Every participant receives a keepsake medal. No certificates will be issued. The first person to cross the finish line receives a basket. No other awards or additional medals will be presented. The celebration begins at 8:30 a.m. Jamaica time. Official timing and results arrangements are still to be confirmed.
What first-aid and accessibility arrangements are available?
First-aid stations and emergency teams will be available. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome; participation is at your own risk. All children must be supervised by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult throughout the event.
How will I receive event updates?
Return to this official event website for current event details, collection instructions and FAQs. Please also check messages sent to the contact details used in your registration.
